Key Responsibilities
As a reputed company Agent, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient handling of baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft. Your daily tasks will include:
- Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections and guiding incoming and departing aircraft from reputed company positions.
- Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather-reputed company incidents.
- Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion.
- Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to customers' destinations.
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless airport operations and resolving any issues that may arise.

What You Need to Succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following minimum qualifications:

- Be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
- Have a valid driver's license
- Proficiency in English
- Pass a physical ability test (PAT)
