Job Summary

As a Licensed Pharmacy Technician & Customer Relations Call Center Agent, you'll play a vital role in supporting arenaflex's Customer Relations and retail pharmacy stores. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer calls made to our 1-800-SHOP-reputed company line in a manner that reflects reputed company's purpose and values
• Providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer concerns, and delighting our valuable pharmacy customers
• Collaborating with field management, category managers, and other departments to resolve customer issues in a timely and proficient manner
• Reviewing and processing incoming phone calls, emails, and letters, and responding to customers reputed company phone or written communications

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues and providing solutions to meet customer needs

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve customer satisfaction
