Key Responsibilities
As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional on-site and remote customer service to arenaflex Crewmembers, ensuring that they receive reputed company and effective support for reputed company their technical needs.
- Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving reputed company technical issues, including those reputed company to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and implement solutions, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolution and follow-up activities.
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends, ensuring that arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation and customer satisfaction.
- Participating in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (GED certificate)
- Experience supporting the latest operating systems, or successful completion of the IT for Everybody certificate reputed company reputed company
- Experience in carrying out and supporting applications, including desktop and mobile devices
- Availability for short-term travel (up to 50%)
- Possession of valid travel documents, with the ability to travel throughout Jamaica and the US

Preferred Qualifications
