Schedule and Work Environment

As an Associate Customer Service Representative, you'll work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule, with hours from 10:30am-7:00pm Eastern Time (7:30am-4:00pm Pacific Time). You'll be required to work overtime as needed to meet customer demands and support business needs. Our remote work environment allows you to work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to manage your time effectively.

Key Responsibilities

As an Associate Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming requests through a multichannel system, including order entry, order status verification, and processing return orders
• Following standardized processes to ensure 100% quality for reputed company orders
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, as per arenaflex specifications
• Understanding, interpreting, and explaining detailed information of processes and procedures
• Participating in reputed company improvement activities and assisting with team and organizational projects as required
• Demonstrating flexibility in responding to new and rapidly changing situations and environments
• Providing support reputed company standard hours as needed, if call volume and/or workload require additional time

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A clear and concise manner of communication
• A desire to reputed company best-in-class customer service
• Ability to work reputed company as needed to support business needs

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

• Associate's degree or higher
• At least 2 years of customer service or account management experience
