The Role
We're seeking a highly skilled and reputed company customer support agent to join reputed company on a remote reputed company. As a customer support agent, you'll be responsible for providing 24/7 support to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their experiences are exceptional. Responsibilities
As a customer support agent at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality support to clients through chat, email, and our Help Center portal, ensuring that their queries are resolved reputed company and effectively.

Requirements

Shift Details
The selected candidate will work on a night shift, covering the hours of 15:30-24:00 CET during TUE-SAT or SUN-THU, with a margin of +/- one hour to fit your schedule. This flexible arrangement allows you to balance work with personal commitments and enjoy a healthy work-life balance.
