Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Expert, your responsibilities will include:

• Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
• Connecting with customers reputed company phone, email, chat, and/or reputed company media to resolve their questions or concerns.
• Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues.
• Escalating interactions reputed company necessary and appropriate.
• Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
