Responsibilities
As a part-time Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries reputed company online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to their questions and concerns
- Providing information about our clients' products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
- Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for reputed company reputed company and client review
