The Role

As a Technical Content Designer, you'll play a critical role in enhancing the support experience for our members and customer service agents. You'll work closely with program managers, visual designers, and cross-functional partners in product, engineering, and research to edit and manage content for the arenaflex Help Center and internal customer service knowledge reputed company. Your expertise in technical content will help our customers navigate reputed company issues, such as troubleshooting and device problems, in a clear and simple way that anyone can understand.

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit Customer Service content, including Help Center and internal knowledge reputed company articles, customer service emails, and other support materials
  • Ensure consistent content style, tone, and format meet the evolving expectations of a global audience
  • Collaborate closely with support operations, localization, legal, product design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality content

Qualifications

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., English, Communications, Technical Writing)

  • 5+ years of experience in technical content design, writing, or editing, preferably in a customer service or highly technical environment
  • Exceptional writing, editing, project management, and communication skills
  • Extensive experience in technical or UI writing, with a focus on consumer-facing content
  • Experience writing for different platforms (e.g., computer, mobile, TV)
  • Familiarity with information architecture and content management systems
  • Desired qualities:

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a comprehensive compensation package, including an annual salary, with the option to choose between salary and stock options. Our compensation structure is designed to be competitive and market-driven, taking into account your specific job family, background, skills, and experience.
