Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Specialist - Remote / Entry Level at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Recording, reporting, and ensuring multiple types of data are input into the proper database cells
• Entering information in a work order and document control system, as well as completing reputed company forms as needed
• Possessing a thorough understanding of the document control and record files
• Receiving and processing incoming and outgoing materials
• Transferring confidential records and documents from one software program to another software program
• Knowledge of photocopying and scanning
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with reputed company environment
• Staying on timeline and understanding deadlines
• Coordinating other activities with plant supervisors/maintenance and other personnel to optimize performance of the database

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; previous experience preferred
