Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling emergency signals and notifying/verifying alarm signals
• Dispatching proper authorities in emergency situations
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to residential and reputed company customers
• Working collaboratively with reputed company to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer issues

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
• Weekends, holidays, and overtime flexibility
• Computer literacy and proficiency in using software applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing situations

Shifts and Scheduling

We offer a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules and preferences, including:

• 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
• 3rd shift (11pm-7am)
• 10 hour shifts
• 12 hour shifts
• 8 hour shifts
• Evening shifts
• Holidays
• Night shifts
• Overnight shifts
• Weekends as needed

Training and Development

As a new hire, you'll participate in our comprehensive reputed company program, which will take reputed company on site in Manasquan, NJ starting January 2nd, 2024.
