Job Summary
As a Customer Care Specialist, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, handling inbound service calls reputed company to billing and technical support. Key Responsibilities

What You'll Need
* At least one year of customer service experience, with prior call center experience a plus
- High school diploma or GED required

- Ability to effectively communicate reputed company technical support and billing information to customers
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
