What You'll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the spark that brightens days and ignites careers. You'll have ownership over resolving escalated or reputed company calls from customers, providing answers, consulting on products with compassion, and resolving issues with a smile. A Typical Day

* Answer incoming communications from customers

• High school diploma or equivalent

• High-speed internet (>15 mbps)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
