Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries. You will assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience. You will also accurately document call content in reputed company-time. Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional customer support by answering calls and responding to queries

• Assist customers with medical insurance questions, ensuring each interaction is handled with respect and patience
• Accurately document call content in reputed company-time

Schedule

* Work Hours: Tuesday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM

• Training: Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 5 PM (approximately the first 2 weeks)
• Note: Rotating holidays as needed

Compensation and Benefits

* Pay: $16.20/hr

• Benefits: Health Insurance, 401K, PTO available
