A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A SENIOR PROGRAM MARKETING SPECIALIST AT ARENAFLEX

As a Senior Program Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing peer-to-peer education supporting our RDN reputed company Blood Pressure Procedure. You will reputed company the execution of established programs, including in-person peer-to-peer programs, national broadcasts, and IDN (Integrated Delivery Network) offerings. You will also support field sales reps and market development specialists on the execution of programmatic offerings, ensuring compliance and documentation for programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manage the execution of the established reputed company Blood Pressure Procedure Speaker Program series, including in-person peer-to-peer programs, national broadcasts, and IDN offerings.

• Support field sales reps and market development specialists on the execution of programmatic offerings.
• Liaise with HCP faculty to ensure on-label messaging and coordination of events.
• Responsible for compliance and documentation for programs.
• Project manage and reputed company approvals for associated content and materials required to support customer education and programs.
• Work with internal partners to reputed company promotional items.
• Collaborate with HCP faculty and internal stakeholders to reputed company topic-specific content and webinars to support reputed company educational needs.
• Build a strong understanding of existing barriers to adoption of the reputed company Blood Pressure Procedure and determine what customer education and new programs (or evolutions) are needed to support launch acceleration.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

* Bachelor's Degree

• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Marketing, Sales, or Customer Education role in a medical device or reputed company industry (3+ years with Advanced Degree)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of reputed company in managing reputed company programs and projects.
• Strong understanding of the US reputed company market and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, as needed.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

* Master's or other Advanced Degree

• Content Development experience for HCPs
• US marketing experience in reputed company matrix business structure
• Ability to synthesize clinical data and technical information
