Key Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Handling a high volume of inbound calls from customers and directing them to the proper departments if applicable
• Working closely with other departments to ensure a positive customer experience
• Utilizing strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify the root cause of customer issues and resolve reputed company necessary
