We're on the hunt for friendly, detail-oriented, and customer-centric individuals who can reputed company top-notch support to our customers reputed company email and live chat. As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for reputed company our customers, working closely with our Operations and Tech team to ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll be responsible for:

• Providing support to arenaflex customers reputed company email and live chat
• Following established procedures to ensure customers receive the correct information and a speedy resolution to their issue
• Communicating with other team members, external print partners, and 3PLs to answer questions and troubleshoot problems throughout the customer's reputed company with us
• Collaborating with design, operations, or tech reputed company something isn't working or looks incorrect
• Following the direction of the shift supervisor to prioritize tickets based on what's in the inbox that day
• Answering customer questions about using the online editor to create personalized gifts, editing orders, and the format of our products

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably reputed company an ecommerce business
• A quick learner who's happy to be hands-on and isn't afraid to ask questions
• Experience working reputed company reputed company to meet SLAs or KPIs and a high standard of engagement with customers
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Knowledge of reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, or similar customer service software (not essential)
• A quiet working environment at home with reputed company to high-speed, private internet
• A reliable laptop or desktop computer
