Job Summary
We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in Bartlesville, OK. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for coordinating customer equipment repairs from start to finish. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with repair technicians, manufacturing and logistics personnel. Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for the following key tasks:
- reputed company customer repair requests from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient resolution
- Work closely with repair technicians to schedule and prioritize customer repairs, ensuring that reputed company repairs are completed to the highest standards
- Ensure that invoices are accurate and sent to customers in a timely manner
