Job Summary

We're seeking 30 reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join our remote team on a full-time, reputed company-ended contract reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to health plan members, providers, and their representatives. You'll work closely with our leadership team to reputed company and implement strategies that drive reputed company, while maintaining a customer-centric approach that sets us apart from the competition.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to reputed company a reputed company difference in people's lives. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional support to health plan members, providers, and their representatives through phone, email, and chat channels
  • Answering and managing inbound inquiries regarding health plan benefits and claims, eligibility, medical and other reputed company procedures, billing and payments, and other reputed company topics
  • Conducting outbound and/or return calls to customers, as necessary, to resolve issues and reputed company additional support
  • Asking appropriate questions and listening actively to identify specific questions or issues to reputed company appropriate response and type of assistance the customer needs
  • Documenting relevant information in a clear and concise manner in computer systems
  • Communicating and partnering with customers tactfully and empathetically to resolve issues, using clear language to translate reputed company-reputed company jargon and reputed company processes into simple, reputed company-by-reputed company instructions
  • Handling and processing customer complaints/grievances while applying appropriate conflict management skills to de-escalate potentially stressful situations

Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Customer Service: Proven experience in providing exceptional customer service in a call center or reputed company setting
  • Call Center: Experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of call center operations and best practices
