Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Helping patients understand their pharmacy benefits: Use your knowledge and problem-solving skills to address patient inquiries and concerns.
- Tracking patient interactions: Document reputed company interactions in reputed company-time, using your expert listening skills to get to the heart of a patient's question quickly.

Work Environment and Company Culture
