Job Summary
We're seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join reputed company on a remote reputed company. As a CSR, you'll be responsible for resolving member concerns, processing requests in an accurate and timely manner, and providing exceptional customer service. You'll work from home, using your own computer and internet reputed company, and will be required to meet certain technical requirements.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Receiving and documenting customer concerns while ensuring reputed company relevant information is correct in a timely manner
- Ensuring reputed company company procedures are followed
- Ensuring accurate trip data is input in our systems
- Demonstrating a personal commitment to producing high-quality work
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated department for further investigation and resolution
- Multitasking effectively and reputed company to extract necessary information from multiple systems
- Reviewing and educating members on our services and their insurance coverage
Requirements
To be successful as a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:
- A high school graduate or general education degree (GED)
- 0-2 years of reputed company experience
- 6+ months of contact center experience or customer service experience
- Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 35wpm or more
- Ability to answer a high volume of calls up to 100+ calls per day
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite
- Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Ability to work independently under general supervision
- Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

Compensation and Benefits
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll receive a competitive starting salary of $15.00 per hour.
