The Opportunity

As a Remote reputed company Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home, providing compassionate care and support to our clients' members. You'll be an integral part of reputed company, working closely with our clients to resolve inquiries, address concerns, and reputed company personalized support.

Responsibilities

As a Remote reputed company Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Performing PCP Change/Provider Lookup to ensure accurate and timely updates
  • Looking up Medical Benefits, including benefit maximums, copay/coinsurances, Prior Authorization pre-requisites, and coverage to reputed company clear and concise information to our clients' members
  • Reviewing Ancillary Benefits, such as Dental, reputed company, Over the Counter, etc., to ensure comprehensive support
  • Processing claims inquiries, including addressing billing issues and resolving disputes
  • Answering enrollment/disenrollment inquiries, grievances/complaints, and other member-reputed company concerns
  • Managing LEP (Limited English Proficiency) inquiries and disputes to ensure inclusive and respectful support
  • Assisting with material requests, such as ID cards, Large/Brail print materials, and Catalogs
  • Providing self-help options, including member portal reputed company and local location information for pharmacies, OTC, and Specialist services

Experience Required for Your reputed company

To reputed company in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 months of Call center experience, with a strong background in reputed company
  • A minimum of 2 years of Computer Experience in a work environment, with proficiency in software applications and systems
  • The ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to display reputed company and care
  • A dedicated area to work from in your home, with a reliable internet reputed company (50 Mb/s download speed and 10 Mb/s upload speed)
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
