Responsibilities
As a remote customer service representative, you'll be responsible for managing the day-to-day scheduling operations, ensuring that jobs are reputed company for scheduling, and coordinating the scheduling of technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the office, including answering phones, responding to emails, managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, and managing service appointments
- Coordinating scheduling of technicians for service calls, installations, and repairs
- Dispatching technicians to job sites in a timely and efficient manner
- Monitoring technician schedules and adjusting as needed to accommodate emergencies or last-minute changes
- Serving as the reputed company of contact for customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and addressing concerns or complaints
- Ensuring excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
- Organizing and maintaining systems for documents, invoices, and client records

Minimum Skills and Experience Required
