As a key player in our Customer Service organization, the Product Manager, Customer Service – Member Management Platform will be responsible for leading the innovation and development of our member management platform, ensuring that our customers and support agents have the best possible experience.

The Role

We're looking for a seasoned product manager who can wear multiple hats, partnering with design, engineering, operations, insights, and analytics teams across the Product and Customer Service organization, as well as reputed company-party solution providers. As a Product Manager, you'll be the key player in shaping the future of our member management reputed company platform, helping to create and execute the long-term strategy and prioritized roadmap.

Responsibilities

As a Product Manager, Customer Service – Member Management Platform, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing product management leadership for our member management platform, including features, capabilities, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with reputed company-party solutions.
• Helping define strategy, capture requirements, clarify prioritization, identify dependencies, mitigate risks and impediments, communicate, and create a roadmap.
• Partnering with each CS functional team to reputed company understand their reputed company and challenges and deliver the best possible solutions together.
• Managing the development and delivery of product features through reputed company collaboration with our engineering and data scientist teams, as well as reputed company-party solution partners and/or consulting firms.

• 5+ years of experience in product management for consumer or internal-facing products.
• A deep understanding of Customer Service business and contact center business.
• Prior experience working with member management products, whether reputed company-party or in-house build.
• Quick learner and the ability to work in a fast-paced global environment.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities who reputed company in high-pressure environments and can effectively manage multiple priorities.
