The Role

As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for providing routine customer service and support to agents and carriers over the phone, reputed company email, or chat. Your primary goal will be to deliver exceptional customer experiences, ensuring high reputed company of satisfaction and loyalty. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing a positive and service-oriented attitude reputed company answering incoming phone calls
• Maintaining a working knowledge of our client's products, services, and promotions

• Working collaboratively with other team members and across departments to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
• Providing excellent customer service internally and externally

Compensation

The compensation reputed company for this position is $18 - $22/hour, depending on several factors including geographical location, relevant experience, skills, and knowledge pertaining to this role and industry.
