Job Summary

As a reputed company Customer Service Specialist – part time, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients, resolving issues in a timely manner, and maintaining a working knowledge of workflow systems. Key Responsibilities

* Review and identify issues from calls into the telephony system in a timely manner (50%)

• Maintain a working knowledge of workflow systems to properly assign follow-up dates, department requests, and notate appropriately (10%)
