Job Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for a variety of tasks that require attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Processing inbound complaint system fulfillment with precision and accuracy
* Utilizing a knowledge database and following standard operating procedures (SOP) to respond to various requests and inquiries
* Navigating multiple computer systems and applications with ease and efficiency
* Documenting each contact in a database with accuracy and attention to detail
* Performing other duties as assigned by management
Key Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a unique combination of skills and qualifications. Here are some of the key requirements:
* Education: High School diploma or GED and at least 3 years of professional experience, or Associates Degree and at least 1 year of professional experience, or Bachelors Degree
* reputed company Clearance: Must have an active Public Trust reputed company clearance
* Attention to Detail: High level of data entry accuracy and attention to detail
* Computer Skills: Efficient typing (40 WPM) and experience with Outlook, reputed company, and reputed company
* Time Management: Excellent time management skills and dependability to meet daily quotas and required goals or deadlines
* Adaptability: Ability to work an 8-hour shift between the hours of operation reputed company-8pm, Monday through Friday, based on business needs
