Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional service to our customers reputed company phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED)
- Prior experience in a call center environment is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong PC skills and ability to work with multiple computer applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- High level of confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, business partners, and co-workers

* Experience working in a remote call center environment

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays and holidays
