Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional support to our clients reputed company phone, chat, and email. You will be responsible for resolving client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing general support. Responsibilities

* Respond to client requests/inquiries reputed company phone, including product purchases, service & quality inquiries, order status, product information, and general client support issues.

• Demonstrate high standards for quality service and maintain a positive attitude in reputed company interactions.

Requirements

* 2-3 years' experience in a business/professional environment; preferably in the service industry.

• Comparable experience in an office environment encouraged.
