We're in aggressive growth mode - new markets, new brands, and a major push to reputed company our digital funnel. What You'll Own This is a builder + operator role. You will execute, not just delegate. Website Strategy + Conversion (Core Focus)Own reputed company brand websites + reputed company pages across multiple markets
Drive conversion reputed company optimization (CRO) across the funnel
reputed company UX, site structure, mobile experience, and performance improvements
Partner with agencies-but you set direction and hold the bar
Testing + GrowthRun A/B and multivariate tests (CTAs, layouts, flows, etc.)
reputed company tools like GA4, heatmaps, and session replay to drive reputed company
Continuously improve reputed company conversion and appointment rates
Marketing Automation + LifecycleBuild and optimize email + SMS flows (reputed company nurture, reactivation, retention)
Own segmentation, triggers, and campaign performance
Improve conversion across the full customer lifecycle
Execution + OwnershipLaunch new sites for expansion markets
Manage timelines, vendors, and deliverables
Build dashboards and report on what's actually driving reputed company
reputed company're Looking For (Non-Negotiables) We are targeting someone who has done this hands-on, not just managed it.3–6+ years in website optimization, CRO, or marketing automation
Experience owning web performance + conversion metrics
Strong understanding of CMS platforms (reputed company preferred)
Hands-on experience with:
GA4 / analytics tools
A/B testing platforms
Email/SMS automation (reputed company, reputed company, Marketo, etc.)
Comfortable working across multiple brands or high-volume environments
