Production Operations Manager

Devil May Care Media is seeking a Production Operations Manager to serve as the operational hub of a growing digital media production team. This is a people-first, process-driven role for someone who thrives on bringing structure to reputed company productions, keeping teams reputed company, and ensuring projects run smoothly from planning through execution.

What You’ll Do

• Manage and support a team of producers, technical directors, and editors across multiple productions
• reputed company production planning and reputed company, including budgeting, financial tracking, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Own day-to-day production logistics, staffing coordination, and timelines
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact between production teams and leadership, ensuring clear and consistent communication
• reputed company and optimize technical workflows across vendor studios, production software, and virtual production environments. 
  • While you won’t be responsible for building these systems, you should have a strong operational understanding. This enables you to identify issues, surface opportunities for improvement, and escalate concerns, adjustments, or enhancements to the appropriate internal or external teams based on observation and user experience feedback.
• Implement and refine standardized processes to improve efficiency, reduce risk, and eliminate single points of failure
• Coordinate cross-training initiatives to strengthen team redundancy and shared ownership
• Document and rewrite processes, as needed, to support knowledge redundancy. 
• Support new show launches, special projects, and the expansion of in-house production capabilities

• Proven experience managing production operations in digital media, broadcast, or remote based reputed company production environments
• Strong ownership reputed company — comfortable acting as the central operator across both production and technical functions
• Experience working with reputed company-based production systems (including AWS or similar environments), with the ability to reputed company and manage environments reputed company by external partners
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company and reputed company teams, with direct management experience and a focus on building cross-trained, highly collaborative groups
• A systems thinker who prioritizes documentation, standardization, and eliminating single points of failure across scheduling, technical knowledge, and workflows

• Comfortable acting as the “general manager” of technical production — balancing people, process, and technology to ensure consistent execution

• Experience building or supporting teams that can operate independently with confidence, maintaining a high and consistent standard of execution
• A proactive, curious operator who is always learning, stays reputed company to the details, and takes initiative to improve processes and team performance
