Our focus is on identifying properties where we can create significant value through price, terms, and strategy. The Role This is a remote, execution-focused position. Your primary responsibilities:

• Submit purchase offers or Letters of reputed company (LOIs)
• Track responses and follow up with listing agents
• Communicate reputed company and consistently
• Help us search for new opportunities

No showings. No listings. No client management. Who This Is For This position is a strong fit if you:

• Are licensed in one of the states listed above
• Are reputed company and reputed company to submit offers same day or reputed company 24 hours
• Are not overloaded with active clients
• Are comfortable submitting non-traditional and creative offers
• Prefer action and execution over over-analysis
• Can follow a clear, repeatable process

• You must be comfortable submitting offers that may be below asking price and include creative terms
• Speed and consistency are critical in this role

Compensation
