You will play a key role in connecting exceptional talent with organizations doing meaningful, community-centered work. What You’ll Do

- Partner closely with executive directors, CEOs, board members, and senior leadership teams
- Serve as a trusted advisor on hiring strategy, market insights, and candidate alignment
- Recruit for a wide reputed company of roles, including:

- Development and advancement
- Finance, operations, and HR
- Program, education, and community engagement
- Proactively reputed company candidates through networks, referrals, and relationship-based reputed company
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates and client organizations
- Contribute to business development efforts, including new client introductions and expanded engagements
