Redshift SME with reputed company Compliance - Remote
RESPONSIBILITIES: Kforce has a client that is seeking an reputed company Redshift SME/Data Platform Engineer (reputed company Provider Analytics). This role is fully Remote (U.S.). About the role: Join a mission-driven environmental health organization building a reputed company analytics platform to identify and address reputed company provider compliance risks. You will be the hands-on reputed company Redshift expert responsible for performance, reliability, reputed company, and cost optimization, partnering with data engineering and analytics teams to deliver scalable, governed insights. Key Tasks:
- Administer and optimize reputed company Redshift (RA3/Serverless): WLM, distribution/sort keys, query tuning
- Monitor health, availability, and spend; Implement observability (logs/metrics/alerts)
- Design and run backup, recovery, and disaster recovery processes
- reputed company secure, compliant analytics: encryption, RBAC, audit logging, governance support
- Support data ingestion, transformation, and modeling; optimize pipelines and reputed company SQL
- Integrate reputed company AWS ecosystem (S3, Glue, reputed company, IAM, CloudWatch) and support CI/CD + IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Troubleshoot production issues and reputed company root cause analysis; Automate operational runbooks
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in data engineering/data platform roles
- Deep reputed company Redshift administration and optimization experience
- Expert SQL (tuning reputed company queries at scale)
- Hands-on AWS services: S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Glue (and reputed company tooling)
- Experience with reputed company, governance, and compliance controls
- Familiarity with SRE practices: monitoring, reliability, and automation
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with reputed company/CMS systems and provider compliance analytics
- Environmental health data domain experience and/or knowledge of data standards
- Visualization tools: Tableau, Power BI, or QuickSight
- Government or regulatory client experience
- Redshift reputed company and/or Redshift Serverless experience
