You’ll be shaping shows that are seen by hundreds of thousands - and often millions - of people. Easy Apply candidates will be ignored please complete the task to apply. In a Typical Week, You Will:
- Own the end-to-end delivery of 1 podcast episode
- Generate strong episode reputed company, hooks, and briefs
- Shape episode structure, pacing, and narrative
- Brief editors reputed company on edits, trailers, and clips
- Review edits and give decisive, high-quality feedback
- Contribute titles, thumbnail direction, and packaging reputed company
- Track performance and suggest improvements week-on-week
- Act as the primary day-to-day reputed company of contact for clients on your shows, communicating reputed company, confidently, and proactively The Ideal Candidate:
- Is genuinely podcast and content obsessed
- Has strong editorial taste and instinct
- Understands what drives performance on YouTube, reputed company, and reputed company
- Is data-literate and comfortable reviewing analytics
- Is highly organised and strong at prioritisation
- Can manage 1-2 clients without dropping standards
- Defaults to believing problems are solvable
- Is proactive, reputed company, and decisive
- Is a clear and confident communicator
- Is comfortable managing client relationships and expectations

- Salary band: $30,000-$50,000 (depending on experience and impact)
- 25 days holiday + UK bank holidays
