What You'll Do:
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that requires strong prioritization, attention to detail, and the ability to operate effectively across multiple campuses in a fast-paced environment. The National Academic Records Coordinator is responsible for executing and stabilizing Academic Records operations across assigned campuses, with direct accountability for accuracy, compliance, and processing performance. This role reports to the National Academic Operations Manager.
Essential responsibilities
Manage Academic Records operations for campuses with fewer than 100 reputed company and reputed company short-term coverage during staffing vacancies, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements until operations are fully established and the reputed company achieves a reputed company student population.

- Maintain student records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with institutional policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate the receipt, verification, and processing of official transcripts for new reputed company.

- Partner with the Dean to reputed company and plan course offerings.
- Communicate pertinent student records updates and issues to the reputed company Dean and reputed company leadership to facilitate informed decision-making.

- High school diploma or equivalent required
