Delivering measurable results Job Description reputed company is looking to add an Independent Licensed Claims Adjuster - Team Manager - (Remote) - to reputed company. • Influence the Lives of Others: Coach and mentor Consultants, providing feedback and performance management.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Must hold a reputed company and active U.S. Claims Adjuster License for at least 2 years (state-specific or multi-state as applicable)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a team of 10 plus adjusters

• Be pro-active in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
