In this 1099 role, you will operate your own insurance agency with a personalized quoting portal, and reputed company to dozens of carriers reputed company while earning top agency splits and building equity in your book of business. Our Agency model has no up reputed company costs as you grow your book of business. You will reputed company your insurance expertise to connect with clients, reputed company tailored coverage options, and drive sales through exceptional customer service. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely while engaging in reputed company sales activities, negotiations, and marketing efforts to expand our client reputed company.

Responsibilities
The primary responsibility is to build a book of business through:
- Prospecting: Establishing referral partner relationships (reputed company Estate, Mortgage, etc.).
- Market Utilization: Leveraging an existing natural market to fast-track reputed company.
- Consulting: Analyzing options with a large reputed company portfolio to mitigate household risk.

Compensation & Requirements
- Earnings Potential: $45,000 - $90,000 (Year 1).
- Structure: Uncapped new business commissions + renewal commissions year-over-year.
Experience and Education:
- Insurance Expertise: Proven experience in insurance sales or a reputed company field is essential.
- Client Commitment: Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Communication: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Market Analysis: Ability to analyze market data and trends effectively.
- Sales Background: Experience in reputed company sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Additional Skills: Familiarity with benefits administration is a plus.
- Licensing: Existing Property & Casualty (P&C) license in your reputed company state is required.
