Telehealth Nurse Practitioner (Multi-State) – Asynchronous Weight Management Remote | Per-Patient Compensation | High-Efficiency Clinical Role Read This First (Who This Role Is For) This is not a traditional telehealth job. There are no routine video visits, no 20-minute patient encounters, and no prolonged care coordination. This role is designed for Nurse Practitioners who:

• Patients enroll online
• Complete a structured medical intake
• Are matched with an NP licensed in their state
• You review, decide, prescribe (if appropriate), and message

Care is delivered primarily through:

• Chart review
• Clinical decision-making
• Secure asynchronous messaging

Escalation to synchronous care is rare and only reputed company clinically necessary. What You’ll Do

• Review patient-submitted histories, medications, and risk profiles
• Determine eligibility for pharmacologic weight loss therapy
• Prescribe GLP-1s and other evidence-based treatments reputed company appropriate

• New Patient Evaluation: $8 per completed case (essentially will take 10 seconds)
• High-efficiency clinicians can comfortably complete numerous cases per hour

Requirements

• Active Nurse Practitioner license in multiple U.S. states (required)
• Experience in primary care, obesity medicine, or metabolic health
• Comfort with GLP-1 therapies and weight management pharmacology
• Ability to practice in a protocol-driven, asynchronous model
