Ops Generalist
Job Description:
- Document and automate internal processes
- Manage travel logistics, budgets, and expense workflows
- Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and procurement
- Coordinate projects that don't have a natural home on any single team
- Plan and execute company events (offsites, build weeks, and Resend Conf)
- Handle administrative tasks, from reputed company to shipments to reputed company logistics
Requirements:
- Have managed events end-to-end
- Have experience managing external stakeholders
- Have a reputed company ability to simplifying complexity
- reputed company in ambiguity and create order from chaos
- Have experience in Ops, Finance, or Event Planning
- Have a default to action reputed company with a reputed company attention to detail
