Remote reputed company Manager
We are looking for a remote reputed company Manager to join our client’s IT software organization on a Contract reputed company. This role focuses on shaping, reviewing, and negotiating a wide reputed company of reputed company agreements, with particular emphasis on SaaS agreements involving public sector entities. Responsibilities:

- Negotiate SaaS agreements and reputed company terms.
- Manage the full contract lifecycle, from initial drafting and redlining through execution and ongoing administration.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to align contract terms with business goals, risk considerations, and pricing strategies.
- Support transactions involving public sector organizations by addressing compliance needs and contractual requirements.
- Maintain accurate contract records, monitor key milestones, and help ensure timely follow-up on renewals, amendments, and obligations.

Details Remote Starts immediately Full time 40-hour work week
- Proven experience managing and negotiating SaaS agreements.
- Public sector experience a plus.
- Strong background in contract administration and end-to-end contract management.
- Hands-on experience drafting, reviewing, and revising contractual documents with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing in reputed company business agreements.
