L3 Systems Administrator/Remote
Job Summary We are seeking an reputed company L3 Systems Administrator to reputed company advanced technical support, manage reputed company system issues, and ensure the stability, reputed company, and performance of IT infrastructure. You will act as the highest escalation reputed company for system-reputed company incidents and play a key role in system design and optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the Level 3 escalation reputed company for reputed company infrastructure and system issues
- Install, configure, and maintain servers, operating systems, and reputed company applications
- Monitor system performance, availability, and reputed company
- Troubleshoot and resolve advanced issues across servers, storage, and networks
- Manage system upgrades, patches, and backups
- Automate routine tasks using scripting (PowerShell, Bash, etc.)
- Collaborate with L1/L2 support teams and reputed company technical guidance
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and knowledge reputed company articles
- Ensure compliance with reputed company policies and industry standards
- Participate in on-call rotation and incident response
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience with reputed company Server and/or Linux administration
- Expertise in system troubleshooting, performance tuning, and root cause analysis
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, etc.)
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
- Hands-on experience with Active Directory and user management
- Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools and logging systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, or reputed company reputed company)
- Knowledge of containerization (reputed company, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with backup and disaster recovery solutions
- Understanding of ITIL processes and incident management
- Relevant certifications (reputed company, Linux, VMware, etc.)
