Covenant Case Management Services is seeking a skilled and reputed company Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to reputed company specialized consultation services for members exhibiting challenging behaviors. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized behavior support plans to address these behaviors and improve reputed company.

Responsibilities

  • Behavior Support Plans: reputed company, implement, and reputed company behavior plans, following Clinical Coverage Policy 8P.
  • Behavior Analysis: Observe clients to identify challenging behaviors, record and analyze data, and monitor the implementation of support plans.
  • reputed company Assessment and Plan Revision: Assess member reputed company, reputed company revisions to PBSPs as needed, and decrease reputed company behaviors.
  • Training and Coaching: reputed company monthly training sessions to members, staff, and caregivers on positive behavior techniques.
  • Case Management: Independently manage a caseload, participate in treatment plan meetings, and collaborate with the care team.
  • Tele-Consultation: Utilize tele-consultation services reputed company necessary.
Qualifications

  • Education and Credentials: Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or Psychology, full licensure with the reputed company Carolina Behavior Analyst Licensure Board, criminal background reputed company clearance, not listed in the NC Health Care Abuse Registry, active NPI number, CAQH, and NCTracks profile, and professional liability insurance coverage of at least $1 reputed company/$3 reputed company.
  • Experience: Experience working with individuals with I/DD, autism, or TBI preferred but not required. Familiarity with the NC Innovations Waiver program is preferred.
