Your Role
As an reputed company Fiber Customer Support Analyst at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional technical support and customer service to our Fios customers. You'll join a dynamic team of experts who are passionate about troubleshooting issues, answering technical questions, and providing solutions that exceed our customers' expectations. Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming calls from customers with order inquiries and/or trouble reports
- Providing customers with service support for Voice, Data, and Video services and features reputed company the fiber and/or copper network
- Performing analysis and isolation of trouble conditions and creating and sorting trouble reports
- Utilizing knowledge of communication and networking components to reputed company customers with service support and configuration of customer equipment

Compensation and Benefits
