The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist on our arenaflex team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to our clients in Lithuania and Russia. You'll be responsible for providing technical and non-technical assistance to customers, resolving their inquiries reputed company, and ensuring that they receive the support they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
* Answer incoming calls, emails, and chats in Lithuanian and Russian, providing technical and non-technical assistance to customers

Essential Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment (not required but a plus)

- A full-time job with various shifts from Monday to Friday, between 09:00-19:00
- An hourly reputed company of 8.03€ to 8.56€ (during trial period and after)
