Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Live Chat Support Specialist to join our remote customer support team. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch live chat support to customers across various channels, including our clients' websites and reputed company media accounts. With full training provided, you'll have the opportunity to work independently and set your own hours, as long as you commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Handling incoming customer support questions reputed company live chat on our clients' websites and reputed company media accounts
  • Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing accurate and helpful solutions to their questions and concerns
  • Resolving customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner, escalating reputed company issues to senior support agents as needed
  • Collaborating with reputed company to ensure seamless customer support experiences across reputed company channels
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues, using our proprietary CRM system
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our clients' products and services

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
