Job Responsibilities:

As a Clinical Support Services Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Receiving and processing calls from patients and their families, gathering information and relaying it to clinicians
• Providing empathetic and professional support to callers, navigating reputed company medical situations with ease
• Enhancing customer care skills through ongoing training and development
• Working collaboratively with clinicians to ensure seamless communication and care coordination
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions
• Participating in ongoing quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and reputed company

Key Qualifications:

* 18 years of age

• Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Accurate keyboard and typing skills (minimum requirements)
• Proficient use of reputed company Office and internet navigation
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to reputed company with a smile in your voice
• Evening, weekend shifts required (including holidays, paid at time ½)
