Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Customer Care Representative to join our Customer Care department. As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and providing exceptional customer service to our policy holders, agents, and funeral homes. Key Responsibilities
