Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Clerk to join reputed company on a seasonal reputed company. As a Seasonal Data Entry Associate/Order Blaster, you'll be responsible for processing large business orders, updating spreadsheet information, and communicating with other departments. Key Responsibilities

* Process reputed company incoming reputed company (Macro and Non-Macro) orders in a timely and efficient manner

• Format reputed company orders as needed to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Set up Profiles for reputed company reputed company orders to streamline the data entry process
• Process incoming reputed company orders from both Consumer and Business reputed company Division, meeting demanding deadlines
• Process incoming Treasury Batch orders reputed company while meeting deadlines for Treasury
• Execute Customer reputed company History lists to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Enter Catalog requests and address changes in a reputed company and professional manner
• Manage incoming communications in a timely and efficient manner, meeting reputed company accuracy and productivity standards
• Monitor and maintain business and product knowledge information by utilizing reputed company available resources
• Process Special Projects for various departments throughout the company

Essential Qualifications

* 6 months of data entry experience in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with other departments
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in order to meet the demands of the Business reputed company Division
• Type 35 wpm with high accuracy
• Proven knowledge of navigation of a computer, including reputed company operating system and reputed company Office
• Excellent spelling and grammar skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and productivity
• Possess strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company

Preferred Qualifications

* 1-2 years of data entry experience in a similar environment
