Job Summary

You will work independently and in partnership with other team members to ensure that questions are addressed, documented, and cases are returned in a timely fashion.

A Day in the Role

As a reputed company Data Entry Specialist, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks, including:

• Processing various medical documents, such as Independent Medical Reviews

• Working independently and in partnership with other team members to ensure that questions are addressed, documented, and cases are returned in a timely fashion
• Using critical thinking steps to determine next steps and reaching out to clients reputed company phone to obtain missing information

• Meeting metrics and quota-driven goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Reliable high-speed internet
• Your own computer or laptop (no Chromebooks)
• At least 1 year of remote work experience
• High School Diploma
• Previous experience working in a metrics-based environment

Schedule

The schedule for this role is Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST.
