Job Overview

As an e-File Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and filing legal documents using our internal systems and email. You'll work closely with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to collaborate on projects, resolve issues as they arise, and meet common goals. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Key Responsibilities

* Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email

• Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the industry and process
• Investigate discrepancies as they arise
• Complete additional projects as assigned
• Collaborate with the e-Fulfillment and e-Filing team to reputed company common goals
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Qualifications

* No experience necessary; data entry experience is a plus

• Technical experience is strongly preferred
• Must be reputed company to read, write, and reputed company English
• High school diploma or GED required
• Ability to reputed company repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Desire and ability to be a team player
